If Antonio Brown returns to the NFL, one quarterback would love to have him on their team.
Brown posted a photoshopped image of himself wearing a Baltimore Ravens jersey on Snapchat. After several fans screenshot the image, he took the post down.
That still didn’t stop fans from speculating Brown returning to the league with the Ravens. The Ravens already added Devin Duvernay and James Proche in the draft, but the image has gained plenty of attention.
According to football reporter Dov Kleiman, Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson and Brown were seen working out together. When talking to Kleiman, Jackson said Brown would be a welcomed addition to the team.
“Lamar Jackson about Antonio Brown: “I’d be happy if we signed him, but that’s not my decision.”
However, it’s unknown if Brown will ever play a down in the NFL ever again.
The state of Florida has officially charged Brown for an alleged assault of a truck driver. The incident took place in January and was originally considered a felony burglary with battery charge. Either way, law enforcement is getting involved according to ESPN’s Jeremy Fowler.
“Antonio Brown formally charged in alleged assault of truck driver. Florida is not pursuing the original ‘burglary with battery’ charge, which carries a heavy sentence, but Brown still faces felony burglary conveyance and misdemeanor battery. “
The incident took place when the driver delivered Brown’s personal items from California to his new home in Florida. At some point, the driver and Brown got into some form of altercation that resulted in Brown and his trainer assaulting the driver.
This will likely take a hit on his NFL comeback.
